Bugs will cost you real $

I was willing to spend real $ on in-app purchases for this fun game, but after some purchases I noticed the game would "regress" or "reset" some of the upgrades I had implemented. This happened several times. With no real, effective channel to resolve this, I feel the developers are unintentionally over-charging people but giving them no recourse to resolve it.
